To mark International Day of Yoga, HOPE ran a 7-day yoga journal followed by a guided session led by a yoga expert across two residential societies in Gurugram — Vatika City and Uppal Southend — engaging families and individuals in a practice following the official IDY protocol.
On World Environment Day, HOPE held a poster and pledge competition across schools, encouraging students to express their commitment to the environment and carry that message back into their communities.

For World Water Day 2025, HOPE organised a "Water Around Us" photo walk, inviting participants to observe and document water in their surroundings — building awareness of conservation through everyday observation.
HOPE organised a large-scale Children's Mela in Jamshedpur from 12–14 November 2022, attended by over 8,000 children. The event featured health awareness activities, interactive sessions, and was graced by the Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman. It stands as one of HOPE's largest community engagement events to date.
On Global Handwashing Day 2022, HOPE ran community awareness drives on the importance of handwashing for preventing disease. The campaign engaged schools, community members, and local health workers with practical demonstrations and educational materials — reinforcing one of the simplest and most powerful public health interventions.
HOPE hosted a landmark tobacco control webinar on 28 March 2022, featuring Dr. Prerna Kapoor from SGPGIMS (Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow). The session covered the link between tobacco use and cancer, cessation strategies, and how schools can build tobacco-free environments — reaching educators and health practitioners across India.
In celebration of International Women's Day 2023, HOPE hosted an expert webinar on women's health topics — covering maternal health, nutrition, and preventive care for women in communities. The event brought together healthcare professionals and community members for an accessible, informative session.
HOPE's Health Mela is a flagship community health fair that brings doctors, health educators, and community members together for a day of free health consultations, screenings, and awareness sessions. The 2023 edition saw strong participation from local families, with activities covering blood pressure, blood sugar, eye health, and general wellness.
