Our story, our mission, and the people who have dedicated themselves to healthier communities.
Founded in 2004, we at HOPE utilize a distinct "School to Community" philosophy—reaching families and households through the very schools their children attend. Extending our impact from the districts of Uttar Pradesh to national platforms, we drive lasting change in health awareness, disease prevention, and overall community well-being.
With offices in Gurgaon and Lucknow, and programs spanning over 45 districts of Uttar Pradesh, HOPE has spent over 20 years working alongside communities — not for them, but with them — building health awareness that outlasts our direct presence.
Our vision is to improve the health of students, teachers, their families, and other members of the community through schools and community-based outreach. By reaching children in school, we create a chain of health awareness that radiates outward to their families and communities. We run programs in preventive health, disease control, tobacco cessation, hepatitis control, and youth welfare.
We empower individuals and communities with the knowledge, skills, and practices needed to sustain long-term physical, mental, and emotional health.
We uphold the highest ethical standards and evidence-based practices, ensuring complete transparency in our programs, finances, and measurable outcomes.
We work in partnership with doctors, educators, communities, and institutions to create meaningful, collective, and lasting impact.
HOPE is led by a dedicated group of health professionals, social advocates, and community leaders united by a shared mission.
